Head of Locality
It shall be the sole authority of the President to call for High Committee meetings and preside at those meetings and perform such other duties as ordinarily pertaining to his office. The President is directly responsible in ensuring the Society is run in accordance with the Constitution of the Society. The President is also responsible to appoint the Society’s Secretary for his tenure of office. The President will also be the representative of CzeMSA_Praha to the Executive Meeting of CzeMSA.
Vice Head of Locality
It shall be the duty of the Vice-President to assist the President in regards to all matters throughout the President’s tenure of office. She shall also act for and on behalf of the President in his absence. However, she shall neither the final say in regards to issues of contention as described in Article 6.6 during this period.
Secretary (Appointed by Head of Locality)
It shall be the duty of the Hon. General Secretary to keep the records of the Society’s membership, attendance at meetings, send out notices of meetings, record the minutes of meetings and performs such other duties usually pertain to his/her office.
Treasurer
It shall be the duty of treasurer to have custody of all funds and keep accounts of all monetary transactions of the Society.
Education Bureau
It shall be the duty of Education Bureau to organize activity such as talks, forums and etc relating to the education of its members.
Self-Development Bureau
Responsible to maintain relationship with the university and it shall be the duty of Self-Development Bureau to organize activities such as talks, forums and etc relating to career and self-development of its members.
Sports & Activity Bureau
It shall be the duty of Sports & Activity Bureau to organize and promote activity relating to sports and recreational and also to organize activity during certain event that is related to the Society Constitution.
Islamic & Welfare Bureau
It shall be the duty of Islamic & Welfare Bureau to especially oversee the welfare of the muslim and non muslim students in the Society. He also responsible to all activities regarding to Islam.
Multimedia Bureau
Responsible for the multimedia during any event organized.
Logistic Bureau
Responsible for all the assets and properties of the Society (other then its fund), transportation, accommodation, and venue of events during any event.
Batch Representative (Appointed by batch community - NOT INCLUDED IN THIS ELECTION)
It shall be the duty of the Batch Representative to participate in discussions at each Committee Meetings, to represent each Batch’s needs, giving in contributions and voice out any problems in the discussions.
