Assalamualikum wbt dan dobry den,

Inilah masa yang dinantikan semua,

Berikut merupakan senarai calon-calon yang akan bertanding dalam pilihanraya CzeMSA Praha pada Annual General Meeting and Election yg akan datang.



1. CALON KETUA LOKALITI

Aized Ilyas Idris(2nd year)


Visi dan Misi: membantu rakan-rakan menjadi doktor yang bukan sahaja mampu mengubati,
 tetapi mencegah.

Manifesto:


1. Mewujudkan satu database yang merangkumi:
-perbandingan sistem Health Care di Malaysia dan Czech Republic
-Perbandingan berdasarkan department yang terdapat perbezaan ketara
-Pengalaman berkhidmat di hospital Malaysia, secara ringkas.

Bagi memastikan ianya dilaksanakan, memerlukan kerjasama dari semua pihak termasuk B01 yang sudah berada di Malaysia
2. To improve our academic performance at the same time maintaining stable state of mind:
-Menekankan konsep 'Sikit-sikit lama-lama jadi bukit'
-Konsep nasihat yang 'bernas'.
-Konsep 'ambil tahu' and ACT
-Menggerakkan biro akademik dengan lebih dinamik
Simply, for this manifesto I can only try to instill those values from time to time. InsyaAllah we can see positive result if we all applied them CONTINUOUSLY.

3. MAKAN-MAKAN MALAYSIA
Malaysia memang terkenal dengan makanannya yang beraneka dan lazat. Tapi kawan2 international lain tak pernah rasa masakan kita. So we'll invite them to an event where they can taste the exotic taste of Malaysian food. OF COURSE THEY WILL HAVE TO PAY. Detail:
Payment: 200 kc
Target: All international student, teachers, Czech people
As for the profit, we can chose to KEEP or DONATE it. This can even be a CHARITY EVENT.
With this, we can also promote Malaysia's name :-)

4. And I would really love it if we can be one big happy family :-)

Work 'with' me, not 'for' me. We all will enjoy it InsyaAllah.

                Salam warga Praha , semoga sihat2 selalu. Sudah 4 tahun saya berada di Prague , secara jujur dan peribadi , saya merasakan persatuan kita perlukan lebih banyak improvement dan pembaharuan. Straight to the point , berikut merupakan perkara2 yang akan saya implement mengikut kemampuan persatuan  jika saya dipilih kelak.

1.       Tukar Logo Czemsa
a.       Logo kita sejibik macam logo Czech Tourism , so lack of originality.
b.      Kadang2 lecture bosan , apasalahnya kita perah otak design logo baru.

2.       Pemberian insentif dan penghargaan kepada AJK sesi lepas.
a.       Rasional : kerja banyak , dan saya merasakan menjadi tanggungjawab semua ahli persatuan untuk memberi motivasi dan penghargaan kepada AJK.

3.       Cuba untuk daftarkan CZEMSA  a.k.a make it official
a.       Rasional :
                                                               i.      Bila dah daftar , boleh bukak akaun bank.
                                                             ii.      Kita still tidak ada akaun bank untuk simpan duit persatuan.
                                                            iii.      Bila dah ada bank account , senang untuk mintak fund dan sponsor dari luar.
b.      Jika gagal disebabkan oleh karenah birokrasi Czech atau tak cukup requirements , saya akan pastikan proses ini didokumentasikan untuk panduan kepada pimpinan akan datang.

4.       Introduce system “Koperasi”
a.       Macam mana?
                                                               i.      Setiap ahli bayar sebagai contoh 200czk kepada Czemsa. Bayar sekali sahaja.
                                                             ii.      Duit ini akan dipulangkan bila dah grad nanti ataupun  bila ahli nak quit dari persatuan.
b.      Rasional
                                                               i.      Mewujudkan  modal untuk warga Prague yang berminat nak berniaga , contoh jual nasi tomato dengan ayam masak merah. Modal yang dipinjamkan mesti dikembalikan semula kepada persatuan setelah urus niaga selesai. Pasal profit ,boleh bincang.

                                                             ii.      Kalau ada sesiapa yang nak buat activity , sebagai contoh Badminton tournament , takda duit nak dahulukan pembayaran court  , kita boleh guna duit tu , dan organizer akan dipastikan untuk memulangkan wang tersebut.


5.       Malaysian Night
a.       Warga Prague banyak yang talented , rugi kalau kita tak buat satu platform untuk dieorang channelkan bakat dan seni yang ada.
b.      This will not be typical Malaysian Night yang selalu keluar banyak isu. I will elaborate this later.
c.       I hope this event akan merapatkan hubungan junior senior.

6.       Local Charity Event.
a.       Sepanjang 4 tahun lebih saya di Prague , as far as I’m concern , Czemsa tiada buat aktiviti2 yang berorientasikan contribution towards local people. Local people ni orang Czech la.
b.      Contoh aktiviti , orphanage visit, bagi homeless makan ke .
c.       Contribution tak semestinya dalam bentuk wang ataupun material.
d.      Senior2 yang nak balik , mungkin nak letgo certain2 barang , kita boleh plan something on how to donate barang2 ni kalau dieorang nak donate.

7.       First Year Project
a.       Sejarah mengajar saya bahawa di Prague , tidak wujud satu batch pun yang kesemua ahli batch tersebut berjaya survive tahun pertama pengajian.
b.      We need to create a new history!
c.       Memerlukan kerjasama semua ahli.

8.       Leadership and protocol seminar
a.       Organize a seminar to teach and give exposures to any members who are interested on how to arrange an event , handling an organization and protocols related with any events organized.
b.      Nanti balik Malaysia , boleh join any NGO and atleast anda dah tau something.

9.       Event dan project-project tahun lepas yg dirasakan masih relevant akan diteruskan.


Semua perkara diatas adalah rough plan and ideas motivated by feedbacks and suggestion from many2 persons I have met. Saya nak lihat perubahan didalam Czemsa Prague.  My principles is to be efficient and simple , at the same time I love common sense. Jika saya tidak terpilih , saya harap mereka yang terpilih dapat consider perkara-perkara diatas.

Saya memerlukan satu team yang kuat . Untuk itu , jika anda ingin mengundi saya, saya mengharap agar anda turut serta mengundi nama2 dibawah.

I have been an active member of CzeMSA for 3 years, from being a committee member for Freshers' Day, Medical Career Day and various other CzeMSA activities to borrowing utensils from their Logistic Bureau and benefiting from its Mentor Mentee program.

I would like to try to polish the activities so that they reach all Malaysians without regarding race or religion to prevent loss of sense of belonging and pride in being a CzeMSA member. Besides that, I am interested in integrating our two valuable traits, which is being a Malaysian and being in the Czech Republic, by creating a bond with LF 1 MEDSOC through charity & volunteering events.

I hope to be efficient and reduce any possible redundancy but I also strongly believe that cooperation is the most important thing in realizing this vision of mine and yours too.

Head of Locality
  • It shall be the sole authority of the President to call for High Committee meetings and preside at those meetings and perform such other duties as ordinarily pertaining to his office.
  • directly responsible in ensuring the Society is run in accordance with the Constitution of the Society. 
  • Appoint the Society’s Secretary for his tenure of office.
  • representative of CzeMSA_Praha to the Executive Meeting of CzeMSA.


Vice Head of Locality 
  • assist the President in regards to all matters throughout the President’s tenure of office.
  • She shall also act for and on behalf of the President in his absence. However, she shall neither the final say in regards to issues of contention as described in Article 6.6 during this period.


Secretary (Appointed by Head of Locality)

It shall be the duty of the Hon. General Secretary to keep the records of 
  • the Society’s membership, 
  • attendance at meetings, 
  • send out notices of meetings, 
  • record the minutes of meetings  
  • performs such other duties usually pertain to his/her office.


Treasurer
  • to have custody of all funds and 
  • keep accounts of all monetary transactions of the Society.


Education Bureau
  • to organize activity such as talks, 
  • forums and 
  • etc relating to the education of its members.

Self-Development Bureau
  • Responsible to maintain relationship with the university 
  • organize activities such as talks, 
  • forums and etc relating to career and self-development of its members.



Sports and Activity Bureau
  • to organize and promote activity relating to sports and recreational 
  • to organize activity during certain event that is related to the Society Constitution.




Islamic and Welfare Bureau
  • to especially oversee the welfare of the muslim and non muslim students in the Society. 
  • responsible to all activities regarding to Islam.


Multimedia Bureau
  • Responsible for the multimedia during any event organized.
Logistic Bureau
  • Responsible for all the assets and properties of the Society (other then its fund), 
  • transportation, 
  • accommodation, 
  • and venue of events during any event.



Batch Representative (Appointed by batch community - NOT INCLUDED IN THIS ELECTION)

  • to participate in discussions at each Committee Meetings, 
  • to represent each Batch’s needs, 
  • giving in contributions and 
  • voice out any problems in the discussions.

 Jadi jom kita kenal dulu dgn pilihanraya CzeMSA Praha dan ElecP.

 Setiap tahun, kita akan mengadakan pilihanraya lokaliti utk melantik wakil pelajar utk 1 tahun seterusnya. Hak mencalonkan, dicalonkan dan mengundi ada di tangan semua warga/ahli CzeMSA Praha. Jadi cepat-cepat calonkan individu yg anda rasakan layak utk mewakili komuniti kita pada setahun akn datang.  ElecP adalah pihak yg telah dilantik oleh HICOM utk mengendalikan pilihanraya. Terdiri drpd seorang ketua dan beberapa ajk yang akan menguruskan segala proses pilihanraya.
